    With over 18 years of recruitment experience, James has spent the last decade building and leading high-performing IT and engineering recruitment teams across Canada and the U.K. He brings deep industry knowledge and a strong network of technical professionals across multiple sectors, including utilities, financial services, telecommunications, engineering and more.

    James’s approach is rooted in integrity, partnership, and delivering results that matter. Whether supporting clients with contract staffing or permanent hires, he focuses on understanding both the technical and cultural needs of each organization, ensuring the talent he connects them with makes a meaningful impact.

    He has a proven track record of building multimillion-dollar recruitment divisions and fostering long-term client relationships. James thrives on complex or niche searches, taking the time to find the right people for the right opportunities, and helping professionals advance their careers in roles where they can truly excel.

    With over 15 years of recruitment experience, 13+ of those focused on Calgary’s technology market, Kristin brings deep industry knowledge and a strong network of tech professionals across Western Canada. Originally from BC’s Lower Mainland, she made Calgary home in 2012 and has since built a reputation for honest, relationship-driven recruitment.

    Kristin’s approach is rooted in trust, mutual respect, and real partnerships. Whether she is supporting clients from a contract perspective or as an extension of their TA or HR team for an FTE, she’s committed to delivering top-tier talent that fits, not just technically, but culturally as well. She loves digging into a niche or difficult search, spending the time needed to find her client that tough-to-find candidate.

    Her networks span across several tech verticals including Software Development, Application Security, UI/UX, Cloud, Customer Success, Project Management, Business Analysis and Leadership.
