Product Director - Permanent/Full Time

Nua’s client is searching for a Product Director. This role will be the primary architect of the product vision and strategy. You will lead a team of product managers to transform business objectives into a high-impact roadmap, ensuring our products remain competitive, scalable, and deeply aligned with customer needs. This is a high-visibility role that requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

Define and communicate the long-term product vision and 12-to-24-month roadmap.

Conduct rigorous market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify new growth opportunities.

Align product initiatives with overall business goals and ROI targets.

2. Team Leadership & Governance

Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Managers and Owners.

Establish standard product management processes (e.g., discovery frameworks, prioritization scoring, and lifecycle management).

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and high-velocity delivery.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement materials.

Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing transparent reporting on product health and KPIs.

4. Customer Discovery & Feedback Loops

Engage directly with key customers and partners to gather qualitative insights.

Translate complex customer "pain points" into actionable technical requirements and user stories.

Oversee the integration of product analytics to track user behavior and adoption rates.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or people-management role.

Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing a product through the full lifecycle (Concept to Sunset), ideally within a SaaS or Enterprise software environment.

Analytical Mindset: Expert-level ability to interpret data, financial statements, and market trends to justify product investments.

Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; the ability to "sell" a vision to both developers and board members.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 (commensurate with experience)

Location: Fully Remote in Canada
