Senior Frontend Developer - Permanent/Full Time

Nua’s client is an established leader in industrial technology solutions, currently launching a high-priority "greenfield" project. We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join a specialized, agile team dedicated to building a next-generation operator interface from the ground up.

This is an autonomous role where you will own the UI/UX strategy for a brand-new product, working closely with a backend C++ expert and a veteran Technical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UI Development: Architect and implement a high-performance, responsive operator interface using Dart and Flutter.

Cross-Platform Delivery: Optimize applications for Android tablet interfaces and web-based dashboards.

API Integration: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate real-time telemetry data via OpenAPI/REST endpoints.

UX Ownership: Design and refine intuitive user workflows for complex industrial environments, ensuring reliability and ease of use in the field.

Rapid Prototyping: Leverage the agility of a small team to iterate quickly on features based on direct stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

Flutter Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience building and deploying complex applications using the Flutter framework.

Language Proficiency: Deep understanding of Dart, including asynchronous programming and state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod).

Mobile & Web: Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications for Android and web platforms.

Collaborative Mindset: Experience working in small, autonomous teams where you contribute to design, testing, and deployment.

Technical Breadth: Familiarity with Linux environments and a baseline understanding of how frontend systems communicate with backend C++ services is a significant asset.

Salary: $130,000 – $145,000 CAD (Commensurate with experience).

Location: Remote (Canada-based).
