Senior Business Analyst (12-Month Contract)
Nua’s client is embarking on a comprehensive 12-month enterprise transformation program to modernize their core business systems. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep ERP implementation experience to bridge the gap between complex business processes and technical system architecture.
This is a high-visibility contract role. You will be responsible for leading the discovery, process mapping, and requirement-gathering phases for a multi-module ERP rollout that spans Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process Engineering: Lead "As-Is" and "To-Be" workshops to document complex business workflows across multiple departments.
Requirement Management: Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between standard ERP functionality and business requirements, recommending process changes or technical customizations where necessary.
Stakeholder Governance: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, functional department heads, and the external technical implementation partner.
UAT Leadership: Define the testing strategy and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the defined business "Definition of Done."
Qualifications & Skills
ERP Pedigree: 7+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least two full-lifecycle ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of core business modules, specifically Finance (AP/AR/GL), Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Methodology: Practical experience working within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks; familiarity with ITIL or PMBOK is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional ability to "translate" between technical developers and non-technical business users.
Compliance Awareness: Experience working in regulated environments (SOX/ITGC) is highly desirable.
